In the app
- Tap on Home
- Tap Delete account at the bottom
- Confirm with Delete everything
No access to the app?
Email support@beetlix.com from the address on the account. We delete it within 7 days and reply when it's done.
What gets deleted
Your profile, uploads, topics, progress and credits, right away and for good.
What doesn't
- A Pro subscription: cancel it in Google Play or the App Store, or it keeps billing.
- Copies other people added from your share links.
- A one-way fingerprint (hash) of your email. It can't be turned back into the address; it only means a new account on the same email starts without the free sign-up credits.
Delete only some of your data
You don't have to close your account to remove things. In the app:
- An upload: open My Materials on Home and tap Delete on the card. This removes the photo or PDF from our servers, the text read from it, and the topics made from it.
- A topic: swipe it away on Home, or open it and tap Delete. Its activities go too; the upload it came from stays.
- One activity: open the topic and tap Delete on that row.
Each of these is immediate and permanent. As with deleting your account, copies other people already added from your share links stay with them.
