What we collect
- Account: name, email, password (stored hashed) or Google sign-in, and an optional photo.
- What you upload: photos and PDFs of study material, and the activities made from them.
- Purchases: which pack or plan you bought and when. Google Play or the App Store handles payment, through RevenueCat; we never see card details.
- App data: crash reports and basic usage events (Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics), a push notification token, and the device advertising ID for ads.
- This website: page views counted with Umami, which we host ourselves. No cookies, no advertising ID, and nothing that identifies you; it honours your browser's Do Not Track setting.
How your uploads are used
We send them to AI providers only to read the text and make your activities. They are not used to advertise to you. Every upload is first checked by an automated safety filter for unsafe or illegal content and for ID cards and other personal documents.
What happens to unsafe content
Rejected files are deleted. Illegal content suspends the account and may be reported to the authorities as the law requires.
Sharing
A share link shows the topic title, your name and how many activities it has. Anyone who adds it gets their own copy.
Ads
Free accounts can watch a rewarded ad (Google AdMob) for a credit. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Pro has no ads.
Keeping and deleting
Your data stays while your account exists. Deleting the account removes it right away; copies others added from your share links stay with them. We keep only a one-way hash of your email, so a new account on it doesn't get the sign-up credits again. See how to delete your account.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your information at any time, in the app or by email. A parent who believes their under-13 child created an account can email us and we'll delete it.
Where data is processed
On servers run by Beetlix and by the providers above, which may be outside your country.
